From a small falegnameria to a house of calm.
DALCOLO began in Treviso as a joinery repairing Venetian villas. Today we are architects, tanners, glassblowers and upholsterers under one roof. We don't chase seasons — we build pieces your grandchildren will fight over.
Every hide is vegetable-tanned in Santa Croce, every walnut board rests 4 years, every Murano shade is mouth-blown. No MDF, no shortcuts, no noise. Just material truth and soft Venetian light.
We design around the hide, the vein, the stone — never the sketch alone.
Lifetime restoration in our atelier. We sign each piece with brass plate.
No logos outside. Only touch, weight and proportion inside.

Touch is our language. Come to Treviso, close your eyes, and you will recognize Dalcolo by smell of leather and wax.
Vegetable-tanned hide
Full-grain, 3.2mm, tanned 60 days with chestnut bark. Patina that tells your story. Stitched by hand, 7 stitches per cm.
Canaletto & olive
Single-plank Canaletto walnut, oiled with beeswax. Dovetails, no screws visible. Wood that breathes with seasons.
Murano & travertine
Mouth-blown glass from Murano furnaces and Roman travertine honed to silk. Light softened, never shouted.

Draw
Hand sketches + 3D in lime and oak tones. Two revisions, no rush.
Make
6–10 weeks in atelier. You receive photo diary from the bench.
Live
White-glove delivery, waxing lesson, lifetime care book signed.
